"SHE Wins!" is a free social action and leadership development program designed for girl homicide survivors and other middle and high school girls in Newark who have been affected by or exposed to violence. Our mission is to empower the next generation of young women leaders in Newark, preparing them for success in college, careers, and their communities. We aim to ensure that the girls who are most at risk are given the tools and support they need to thrive.
