The h3 Project’s vision is to create a future in which all individuals experiencing homelessness and/or human trafficking—regardless of gender, age, race, religion, or sexual orientation—are given opportunities to live meaningful and self-directed lives in homes of their choice, with the support and services they need for success. The h3 Project will embrace the spirit of recovery and an attitude of self-directed hope, partnering with each individual to help shape their journey and realize their potential. Almost 45% of the individuals we engage with daily have experienced being in the foster care system. Many of them are only experiencing homelessness because they aged out of the foster care system. We are committed to doing whatever we can to make each person's life a little bit better because everyone deserves not just a house but a 'home.'
