NET Community Care CUA 7 is a community-based agency that is responsible for the provision of direct case management services to families in the 22nd Police District of Philadelphia. Our goal is to ensure that local solutions and resources are more accessible to children and families involved with the Department of Human Services (DHS). We have developed connections to formal and informal neighborhood networks that strengthen and stabilize families. We are also responsible for recruitment and retention of foster and adoptive parents in the neighborhoods where children live.
