The Lost & Found Institute was established in 2023 to support young people who often feel lost within systems, especially after experiencing trauma. Our founders understand how difficult it is to navigate life after experiencing pain. Our goal is to assist individuals in finding themselves and their purpose by accompanying them on their journey of liberation, healing, and transformation outside of the systems and structures that previously confined them. Our aim is to ensure that individuals with lived experience will no longer have to endure the hardships our founders faced as young advocates. At The Lost & Found Institute, we provide a safe space for young leaders to discover themselves and transition out of survival mode, a state they often find themselves in after leaving systems and being impacted by the non-profit industrial complex.
