Good Samaritan Boys Ranch is dedicated to addressing the challenges that push families into foster care and transforming the systems that fail youth as they transition out of it. Founded in 1959 as an orphanage north of Springfield, Good Samaritan has evolved into a range of residential and community-based services that enrich the lives of youth and families in the Missouri foster care system.
