The principles reflect the agency's ongoing commitment to family-focused programming that empowers youth and families to lead healthy, safe and productive lives. YAP is serving over 2,000 youth and families at any given time. The agency provides child welfare, mental health and juvenile justice systems with cost-effective alternatives to residential, correctional and other out-of-home placements.
