Foster Parent Association of WilkesDavid is a special guy who has a lot of needs due to abuse and neglect. He has continued therapy and special education. He has come along way since coming into care. His main concern is the deteration and continued loss of his vision. He suffers from PTSD and tries hard to be a normal kid. David loves dogs, socializing with people that understand him, and playing video games.
David wishes to pick out a new suit coat to wear for the holidays. This will help him look awesome and boost his self confidence level. He will enjoy looking his best as he sees old friends and family.
