Oaks Integrated CareJordan lives with one of his siblings and is separated from his other three. His older brother is trying to gain custody of them when he is of age. Jordan loves to play soccer and is very competitive. His favorite subject is gym and he thrives on making other's laugh.
Jordan found a Lime green Nike hoodie on a recent group outing to Kohls. He tried it on and fell in loves with the color and the feel. He showed everyone in the group and put it at the top of his Christmas list. He is hoping to wear this to and from his indoor soccer games.
