JayLynn is a wonderful girl who was initially quiet and reserved when she came into foster care but as she has adjusted to her new living situation, she is finding ways to cope with her stress and anxiety. She has learned that being creative is really helpful to get her mind off of things as well as listening to music. She also is enjoying taking long walks and sometimes going for a jog. She is catching up to grade level in school and her favorite subject is English class.

JayLynn really is enjoying trying different types of art mediums to help her with her anxiety. She would love to have this Buddha Art Board in order to mediate, practice mindfulness and be creative as well. This will be a great gift for her this holiday season!
