Oaks Integrated CareSterling is currently placed in his first foster home with his brother due to no fault of his own. Sterling's mother passed away earlier this year and his father was recently incarcerated. Sterling and his siblings were not cared for properly. Sterling has 5 siblings, but is only placed with one of them. Sterling is currently having a hard time adjusting to being in foster care. Sterling loved sports, especially basketball. Sterling has been using basketball as a way to cope with the severe neglect that he endured.
Sterling would love to be able to pick out his own personalized blanket. He has found a website that allows you to be able to create your own blanket just to his liking. He would love this blanket to use to stay warm and cozy this winter. Sterling will be so thrilled to find it under the tree on Christmas morning.
