Currently AD is struggling with quite a few hurdles. Despite a solid first year at a world class university, he is currently battling multiple challenges around mental health. His former foster parent reached out to request more support so we are continuing to support him during this slightly prolonged transition. Hobbies that bring him joy are listening to music of all genres, styling fashion, playing basketball, and skateboarding.

AD is known for sporting a beanie, but when he can afford it, he loves getting lined up and getting a fresh haircut at his favorite barber shop. This experience is more than just a transaction; he gets advice from older Black men around him and afterwards, the boost in confidence is priceless.
