Oaks Integrated CareJeLiyah has been in foster care her entire life and desires to be adopted. She has been a product of the division and struggles with feeling"normal". JeLiyah loves opportunities to hang out with her peers and have experiences that she observes others having.
JeLiyah recently got her first apartment in South Jersey. She is so excited but is in need of food and basic food supplies to fill her refrigerator and pantry. She would love to be able to go to Shoprite to do so. She would love for his wish to be granted.
