The Buckeye RanchCharles is so loveable! He is currently placed in a home with his older brother. He loves learning and being around other children. Charles really is a great kid.
Charles loves to play with toys. He has started to show interest in dinosaurs and has started to ask for them when in the store with his foster mom. Charles would love a set of tons of dinosaurs for Christmas.
