Winter clothes for Robert who doesn't have any weather appropriate clothes to wear

Robert is in need of new clothes for the winter that are weather appropriate and fit. The majority of his clothes are hand-me-downs and are either very worn or are too big. He has outgrown the clothes that were his size. Robert's family is severely struggling financially and cannot afford to buy the children new clothes. A gift card to The Children's Place would allow Robert to get some warm clothes that fit for the winter.
Robert is 9 years old and lives in NJ
Robert is one of four children and is verbally delayed. He is in an inclusion class in his school and has a 1 on 1 aide to help him with his delays. He is very affectionate and a quick learner. He loves playing with things he can manipulate with his hands and getting his hands messy with arts and crafts.
