OSW - NJ Foster ScholarsGichera is a proud member of the NJFC Scholars Program. This program provides funding for youth who have experienced foster care and are seeking a post-secondary degree at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or a career/technical school. Gichera is studying to become a CNA, and has an amazing goal of one day becoming a pediatrician.
Gichera is proud member of the NJFC Scholars Program, and is working so hard in college. While the holidays are super exciting for a lot of people, they also can be difficult for individuals impacted by foster care, and especially for those without the support of a traditional family structure. This holiday, we would love to make sure Gichera remembers just how great they are by having them choose a special gift for themselves!
