Shane recently lost his job and is terrified he will be homeless before the holidays. It feels like everything is about to come falling down since he lives paycheck to paycheck this loss in income has prevented him from paying his rent and car payment, both of which are critical for him to continue to get work. Having this one month covered will help Shane breath easy knowing that his baby will have a warm house to come home to and safe transportation. He has worked so hard in his life that this one month cannot break his spirit.
Shane is 26 years old and lives in MN
Shane didn't think he would ever make it to 18, after growing up in group homes and detention centers because no foster family wanted him. He is so proud that he made it out of foster care, and is now an advocate for other former foster youth. He is also a nature photographer, and is hoping to have his photos published in calendars and magazines.
