Grandparents As ParentsChloe went to live with her grandparents when she was 13 months old and was just the size of a 6 month old baby. She was so little. Chloe was diagnosed with FAS and NAS but looking at her you would never know it. She is a very outgoing and spunky little girl. She struggles a lot in school with her classroom work but doesn't really does struggle socially. Chloe is very tiny for her age which is one thing that was stunted with the drugs and alcohol use of biological mom. But, she uses the statement that big things come in small packages a lot.
Chloe's grandmother is raising 5 grandchildren and could use some help with stocking stuffers and goodies for Christmas. Her team is asking for a Target gift card for her to buy the things she needs to fill Chloe's stocking, get wrapping paper and a small gift.
