Lucas's grandmother is raising 5 grandchildren and could use some help with stocking stuffers and goodies for Christmas. His team is asking for a Target gift card for her to buy the things she needs to fill his stocking, get wrapping paper and a small gift.
Lucas is 15 years old and lives in KY
Lucas went to live with his grandparents when he was just 5 years old. He was never able to just be a kid and when he went to live with his grandparents, he had to learn that it was ok to let go of the care of his siblings and just be a kid! He now loves sports and doing anything outside. When he first went to their home he didn't know how to give a hug, now he gives the best hugs ever. He is such a caring young man and truly cares about others.
