Emily is a giggly little girl who has spent most of her life in foster care. Emily is very kind to everyone she meets, and she loves to help take care of her baby brother who is placed with her. Emily always has a smile on her face, and it's hard to be in a bad mood when you're around her! She loves to learn and takes every opportunity to use the world as her classroom.

Emily recently outgrew her bike, and she would love to have a new one that fits her! Emily has loved getting to ride her bike around the neighborhood and she will be so excited to have a new bike that will allow her to do that again! She is going to be so happy to receive this, because she would love to start learning to ride without training wheels!
