Arturo has brought so much joy to his foster parents as his smile radiates the room and it is contagious. Arturo is a very happy and adorable baby. Arturo enjoys playtime and playing with his foster parents. We love having Arturo with us and his office visits are always fun!
Arturo's foster family is excited to celebrate his birthday coming up. He is in need of a new winter jacket and a new pair of shoes to help him begin walking. This wish will help Arturo stay warm and start taking his first steps!
