Arturo is a sweet young boy who has been a pleasure to work with since coming into our program. Arturo has brought so much joy to his foster parents as his smile radiates the room and it is contagious. Arturo is a very happy and adorable baby. Arturo enjoys playtime and playing with his foster parents. We love having Arturo with us and his office visits are always fun!
