This program provides funding for youth who have experienced foster care and are seeking a post-secondary degree at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or a career/technical school. Jessica enjoys working and relaxing at home watching tv.

Jessica is simply amazing. They are beating the odds and have enrolled in college to pursue their dreams of higher education.
