A laptop for Brittney to start her second semester of college

Brittney is going into her 2nd semester of college and the Chromebook computer she had for 4 years of high school & 1 college semester has crashed and will not connect to Wi-Fi. She is hoping to be granted a new inexpensive laptop computer so she can continue her education in college without issue. This will hopefully benefit Brittney throughout the rest of her time in college but also hopefully when she lands her first “big” job. Brittney is asking for this as her birthday gift, but she would love to receive it early as classes begin before her birthday.
Brittney is 21 years old and lives in IL
Brittany is living independently. Her caseworker says Brittney is a very shy, but outgoing girl once you get to know her. She is thriving the best way she knows how with the little bit of education and life lessons she’s been given thus far. She just completed her first semester of college and worked really hard to do well. Brittney likes anime, watching movies, listening to music and journaling. She is really good at math and wants to be a social worker or counselor with her degree after graduation.
