Will has been in foster care for 2 years. His case is moving toward adoption. He has been in the same resource home, and they have prepared to adopt him. He has faced many hardships throughout his young life, but he is overcoming it and is finding joy.

Will is requesting a bike so that he can get back and forth to school. Over time Will is becoming more and more independent. He has been in Placement for almost 2 years, and he would benefit from this bike to help foster his independence.
