Billie is a smart, motivated, young lady who wants to get her driver's license. Being in foster care limits her support options to teach her how to drive. She doesn't have a supportive adult with a car who is willing and able to teach her to drive. Driving school will allow her to learn how to drive and get her license with five 2-hour behind the wheel sessions. This will allow her the normalcy to meet her goals and transition to adulthood with less barriers. This wish will provide Billie with three 2-hour behind the wheel sessions.
Billie is 18 years old and lives in AZ
Billie is a very smart and motivated young lady. She is college bound and accomplishing her goals to the best of her ability. She is a little behind on school due to her missing a year, but that doesn't stop her from taking AP classes and getting good grades. Billie has hobbies that include playing the violin, cooking, building puzzles, and playing with her cat.
