Although adapting to a new country and being separated from his family has been tough on Axel, he has persevered. He is currently in high school and likes playing soccer, helping his foster parents cook, and exploring the world of boxing!
Axel first started boxing about a year ago. Since then, he has discovered that it is one of his greatest hobbies and passions. Axel has improved so much over the past year and hopes to start competing competitively soon! One of Axel's heroes is Muhammad Ali because of his skills, determination, and unbelievable achievements in boxing. Axel would love to have a photo of Muhammad Ali hanging up in his room to inspire him daily.
