VA DSS - Chesapeake City CountyLiam is an amazing young man who resides in an Independent Living Program without his two siblings. Foster care was tough on Liam because he had to leave his siblings and the high school he loved.. Liam now gets to see his siblings, which has made him happy. He enjoys playing sports in his free time.
Liam loves to play basketball and was on the JV team at his school. Liam now plays for the local YMCA after he had to switch schools. Liam is a dedicated player for his team and practices every day and on the weekends. Liam's dream is to one day play for Baylor University. Liam has worked very hard to over come many obstacles that where placed in his life.
