Department Of Children and FamiliesQuadel is an amazing kid who is currently placed at a residential facility. Quadel is in the process of being adopted by his cousin. He enjoys basketball and his favorite team is the LA Lakers, and his favorite football team is the Cowboys.
Quadel loves the LA Lakers and the Dallas Cowboys. He would love to deck out his room with all of his favorite teams. He can't wait to have the coolest combination of yellow, purple, blue and silver all through out his new room.
