Jessica is a loving and caring mother. Jessica was in the system until she aged out at 21. She has a younger brother who was adopted and visits at times. Jessica became an EMT and is working on getting re-certified as an EMT. She dreams of one day becoming a paramedic because she is so committed to helping others. Jessica is a dependable and determined strong woman, who has overcome many obstacles but she refuses to give up.

Jessica's daughter broke her leg in multiple places. The healing process has been grueling and emotionally taxing on this family of two. Jessica has very few supports in the community and has been struggling to look for work and support her daughter's healing process. She has had several job interviews and submitted countless applications but has yet to lose hope! However, her daughter's current bed is a twin loft bed, and she is struggling to lift her into the bed every night and is worried about hurting her own back. This wish will get her a cozy mattress, a bigger and safer bed for all involved.
