We Fortify - Working Fusion at Mill StreetDennis had to make the most difficult decision to leave his family, country of origin and everything he knew behind due to an unsafe situation. Despite English not being his first language and learning an entirely new culture, he continues to show resiliency time after time. Dennis is working to support himself and working towards goals to build a better future for himself. His incredible work ethic and positive attitude will no doubt help him be successful.
Dennis plays soccer every chance he gets. He works manual labor and after working hard, long days all he wants to do is go play soccer. He has said that it helps him feel connected to his home, family, and friends back in Honduras. He currently pays a monthly membership to play indoor soccer while the weather is cold but it stretches his budget more than he is comfortable. He is hoping that he could get some help with a month's membership. This would be a significant gift to allow him to do what his heart desires!
