Vickey has some developmental delays and has been working with a therapist to catch up on her developmental milestones. She is friendly, loves to give smiles, and loves animals. Vickey enjoys watching some kids shows such as Sesame Street.
Vickey is growing quickly! Many of her clothes no longer fit her and she needs clothes to keep her warm. This wish will get her a couple of adorable outfits to wear.
