CEDARS Youth ServicesIsabella is a cute and happy little baby. She has been in foster care since coming home from the hospital and is placed in a relative home. Isabella loves being held and watching Mrs. Rachel. She is a smiley and giggly little girl!
Isabella's foster parents have reported that sometimes Isabella becomes restless when it is time for bed, so they have found that rocking her is the most beneficial. The foster parents also reported that they are in the process of making a room for Isabella and would like to have a glider to complete it.
