Ruth will be turning 17 this month, and her foster mom has lots of fun things planned to celebrate with her! Ruth is hoping to get a beautiful new dress to wear to her birthday party. She picked this one out and can't wait to get glammed up for her special day!

Ruth is a girl from Central America who recently entered the program. She is an empathetic, humble, and reserved girl. She likes to bake, ride her bicycle to the park, and eat oranges off the tree in her backyard. Ruth is eager to learn the language and has been working hard to learn new words and phrases. Now she is interested in learning how to play the piano.
