He is a cheerful, carefree young man who loves the outdoors, enjoys running, and has a great sense of fun. Kurt enjoys junk food, remote control trucks, and watching cartoons. He previously experienced a failed adoption and has returned to the system.
Kurt wishes for a trip to Pelicans SnoBalls so he can enjoy some icees on hot days. This will cool him off and give him a sweet treat that he really loves. He really enjoys this pace and likes to go here as often as he can.
