"I actually used to collect and go to tournaments for Yu-Gi-Oh! If you haven't already, check out some of the local game stores for competitions - they're a lot of fun, usually pretty cheap to enter, and often come with prizes in the form of more cards. For the parents, try to get booster packs or a box of booster packs (instead of /in addition to a "starter pack") so he can build his own deck if he has already started experimenting on his own. Have fun, kid! It's time to Duel!"
