Blessed is a kind, quiet and very special youth. She has entered her teenage years with having an immense amount of trauma to overcome. Blessed is very curious about the world and prefers quality of relationships of quantity. She excels in school, making incredible grades and staying above grade level. Blessed is a great friend and is often the ear to listen for other residents at the emergency care shelter where she currently resides. She is resilient, strong and motivated to create a life for herself free from the cycle of her past.

Blessed enjoys watching movies in her downtime. It's often overwhelming in the emergency shelter to sit in the common areas or have to share the main TV. A portable DVD player would allow her time in her room to enjoy a movie alone.
