VA DSS - Chesapeake City CountyEdward is an incredible young man who faced significant challenges when he was placed in a group home, separated from his two younger brothers. Adjusting to life in the group home was tough for him, and he even attempted to leave a couple of times. Fortunately, Edward has since been placed in a kinship home where he can live with his siblings once again. A passionate student, Edward truly loves school and excels in athletics. He has a particular fondness for football and basketball, having previously played for an AAU Basketball League before entering foster care. Committed to his future, Edward is focused on graduating high school and pursuing collegiate sports, with aspirations to play basketball or football. Additionally, he has plans to join the military after graduation, showcasing his determination and drive for success.
Edward was so excited when he heard there was a new Transformer movie coming out. Edward loves the Transformers and has seen all of the older movies. Edward has been doing well in his new home and he just found out he does not have to attend summer school this year. He can't wait to go see the new movie this summer!
