VA DSS - Chesapeake City CountyArkinson is an amazing boy living in a foster home without his older sibling. He loves music and painting by numbers. He also loves reading stories before he goes to sleep and wants to be a cowboy someday. He is very smart for his age and reads at a higher grade level. Arkinson loves the colors orange and yellow.
Arkinson loves everything western. He loves to ride horses and, someday, wants to be a cowboy and work on a farm. He loves all animals and is very gentle and kind to them. Arkinson recently grew out of his cowboy boots and refuses to throw them away. He would love a new pair of cowboy boots for his upcoming birthday.
