A gift card to help make Dana's 16th birthday a special one

Dana is a teen mom who is currently in placement in a residential treatment facility. Her 16th birthday is coming up next month and Dana dreams of having a sweet 16 party. Unfortunately, she will not have the big party of her dreams at this time but will have a small one with her family at the Division office. Her worker will help her have a real party once she is out of the residential home but for now, Dana would love to make this as special as possible. Dana loves Disney movies and really likes The Little Mermaid. They have Little Mermaid decorations and a gift card would help get a cake and some party foods, along with some toddler snacks as her child will be at the party as well.
Dana is 15 years old and lives in NJ
Dana is a sweet girl who enjoys being active. She is a "tomboy" and loves everything about sports but is also a kid at heart and loves to watch Disney movies. She is a good student and is respectful. She loves to write in her journal and participate in art therapy.
