She seeks out programs and services that will benefit her and is eager to share her experience with other students to assist them with their goals. Cindy is hardworking, dedicated, and overall has a big heart and enjoys helping others.
Cindy is a former foster youth and a single mother. Money is tight right now and she needs a little help to get by. Once she gets through this rough patch things will settle for her. Paying her past-due phone bill would help her move forward financially and relieve some of her burdens.
