Carter is a Native American descendant. Carter has owned a hand drum for a while and has enjoyed learning to play. Carter feels he is old enough to own an authentic Native American drum as he continues to learn to play. This will be an amazing piece for Carter to own and learn while he stays in touch with his culture.
