Philip has been impacted by both the youth legal and child welfare system. Philip is recently transitioning out of the adult legal system. He needs assistance to get his life on track to become an author and real estate agent and eventually create a foundation to help young adults impacted by both systems to help stop the child welfare-to-prison pipeline. This wish will allow Philip to get some shoes as he transitions into life after prison.
