Abbie is currently living in a Motel 8 with her mom while they wait for section 8 housing. She has been outgrowing all of her old clothes so now she is sharing clothes with her mom. We would love to give Abbie a Target giftcard to help her buy new clothes for the school year and to assist with anything she may need in her room when she moves into permanent housing.
Abbie is 15 years old and lives in CO
Abbie is a smart young girl who has been living in homeless shelters with her mom for some time now. She hasn't had the easiest life, but you would never tell based on how she shows up. She is 14, but she is incredibly mature for her age in regards to understanding healthy relationship dynamics and being respectful of others emotions. She loves to do typical kid things like going to the park, going to Elitches with her grandparents, and playing hide and go seek.
