Chloe went to live with her grandparents when she was 13 months old and was just the size of a 6 month old baby. She was so little. Chloe was diagnosed with FAS and NAS but looking at her you would never know it. She is a very outgoing and spunky little girl. She struggles a lot in school with her classroom work but doesn't really does struggle socially. Chloe is very tiny for her age which is one thing that was stunted with the drugs and alcohol use of biological mom. But, she uses the statement that big things come in small packages a lot.

Chloe can't wait to get back to school and start her socializing again. Chloe is your typical girl and wants some cute clothes. She would like to pick a couple of cute outfits before school starts so she will have something new like her peers. This would make her feel so good about herself!
