When speaking to her case management team, she asked for a Playstation to help her regain some of her childhood. Life circumstances forced her to grow up quickly and miss out on childhood opportunities. She feels this game console will help her remember that it's never too late to have something she's always wanted. This wish would mean a lot to her.
Destiny is 23 years old and lives in TX
Destiny recently completed her aftercare services. She is currently studying Health Information Technology at her local technical college. Her hobbies include watching TV and learning about new things. She also enjoys writing and expressing herself. She is heavily involved in her local and statewide advisory boards to support and elevate the voices of those with lived foster care experience.
