Katie is a loving and caring young lady who recently aged out of foster care and got her first apartment. The hardest part about having been in foster care was being away from her brothers, which continues to be a challenge, but she hopes to have a consistent relationship with them one day. Katie is a single mom, who works part-time at a doctor's office and attends school to become a medical assistant.

Katie is looking forward to starting her senior year and graduating high school. She would love to be able to go to Target and purchase some beauty items that’ll help her feel more confident and excited for this new year school year. Things such as hair gel, nail polish, make-up, and skincare items would help give her the extra boost she needs to feel beautiful.
