Marksboro Community ChurchObed is a very bright boy who has autism and a remarkable talent for numbers. He is an exceptional math wizard and takes great pride in his math and map-reading abilities. His foster mom says she has never gotten lost while driving with Obed; he always corrects her if she misses a turn. He enjoys spending time with his cousins and friends and is always on the lookout for fun activities. Obed likes riding his bike, jumping on the trampoline, reading to his siblings, and playing gaga ball.
Obed recently discovered that his sister has a watch that tracks her steps, and he thinks it's amazing. Obed has autism and loves to count! He views this as a fun way to monitor his own steps and will motivate him to get active this summer.
