Clothes for Thieny to express creativity in high school

Thieny is a girl in transition. Thieny is working through having to be removed from a relative foster home to an unrelated home and starting high school. Thieny does well academically, is well-behaved, and enjoys being creative and playing in her school band. It would be great for Thieny to have the opportunity to express her creativity through her wardrobe just in time for the start of her freshman year in high school.
Thieny is 15 years old and lives in NJ
Thieny is an amazing young teen, who is currently living in a foster home, and gets along really well with her foster family. Thieny has taken her time in foster care as a time to heal, participate in services, and heal from her trauma. Thieny is academically driven, maintaining all honors courses, and is enrolled in her high school band, as a member in drum line. Thieny takes a little time to warm up, and is still finding her voice, once she warms up to you, you can see how kind, silly, and generous she truly is.
