Julian is an inquisitive young child who was placed with his two older brothers in a foster placement. Julian is a happy young child who enjoys spending time with his siblings and his foster family. At such a young age, Julian has been observed to be an intelligent and sweet child. Julian enjoys playing with his toys and interacting with people who are close to him.
