Oaks Integrated CareGrant is currently in foster care with his 6 siblings. Grant and his siblings were removed due to their mother's drug addiction. Their mother had left the children alone in a hotel room for multiple days, leaving them to fend for themselves. Grant and his siblings are extremely close and really care for each other.
Grant's backpack has a hole in the bottom, and he cannot use it again this year due to having to carry a school-issued chrome book that he does not want to break. He has used his old backpack for several years now. Grant will be so happy to go and pick out a new backpack.
